The Challenges
On the MY FIT MONTH App you’ll have a fresh new workout challenge to take on each month!
Each new challenge unlocks at the start of the month and includes 20 NEW workouts. Each workout is just 20 minutes with a quick warm up & cool down either side so all you’ve got to do it turn up, press play and get ready to smash it together!
We recommend you start with challenge #1 and work your way through the challenges in order however you can start any of the unlocked challenges at any time!
Each challenge is structured to be completed over 4 weeks (28 days) with x5 workouts a week to complete however if you need to take longer than 28 days to complete it’s no problem, the challenge won’t expire so you can take as long as you need.
The schedule will change for each challenge (see below) and each challenge will unlock a new workout style!
Expect so much variety each month to keep it fun, interesting and to keep you progressing.
