App & Membership

MFM offers two membership types:
Monthly = £19.99 per month
Annually = £179.99 per year (£14.99 per month)

You can cancel your membership anytime and you will receive access to the app until your term is up, however no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the term.

Yes you can download and get started anytime, start today!

Yes! We support the following devices:

Airplay to Apple TV / AirPlay 2 enabled TV (iOS)
Casting via a Chromecast (Android & iOS)
Screen mirror from your iOS device to your TV using a lightning to HDMI adapter.

You can also airplay to a Mac desktop from your iOS device.

NOTE: AirPlay is only available via another Apple device. Chromecast can be used via Android or iOS.

To cancel your MFM subscription please follow the steps below:
If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled and won’t renew.
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.
When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the term.


MFM workouts are designed to be achievable for all fitness levels (excluding children/anyone with injuries/pregnant). Modifications are provided throughout and you will be able to go at your own pace whilst being motivated and encouraged to achieve your best.

We recommend anyone starting on a new fitness routine to consult with their GP/Physician prior to starting.

The workouts are super varied so that you’ll never get bored! We ensure you’re getting a well-rounded full body workout program across the week which is designed to get you strong, FIT and make you feel great! All workouts are follow-along / real-time so that you can be guided & motivated by your trainer throughout your workout.
Each month a NEW workout challenge will be added to the app providing you with a fresh new schedule of workouts to complete each week.
Yes of course, if you feel like you can’t commit to a challenge you can always pick and choose workouts from the library. The library includes Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs, HIIT, LISS & mini workouts to choose from at your leisure.

The workouts are pre-recorded allowing you to access them anytime & complete them at a time that suits you!

Dumbbells. If you can get a couple of pairs of different weights (lighter + heavier) then great but use what you have and build it up over time. Get started with what you have around the house i.e. water bottles / cans. A glute resistance band is used occasionally.
Yes you can favourite workouts which will then be saved to your profile for easy access!
Yes once you’ve completed a workout it will have a completion tick on it. If taking part in a challenge you’ll also be able to view your progress of that challenge i.e. 10/20 workouts. Click onto your Achievements section and you’ll be able to view the number of workouts and workout minutes you’ve completed and also unlock achievements when you hit certain milestones.

Yes we have a library of 100s of healthy recipes that you can search through and add to your daily meal planner.
We have lots of delicious Breakfast / Smoothies / Mains / Snacks / Desserts recipes.
Yes you can filter by meal type (one of the above) and also by dietary requirements i.e Vegetarian/ Vegan / Gluten Free / High Protein / Low Carb.
Yes you can add and save your own meals into the app (including calories/macros info)
Yes. We have a calorie & macro calculator where you can calculate them and input and save these values (or your own preferred values) into the app.
Yes if you have set your calories & macros goals then this will update as you add food in and show you how much you have left for the day.

Not at all. You can select to hide all calorie & nutritional information across the app if you prefer to.

Click onto your account and there is a button there to hide all of these numbers across the app.

Tracking / Progress

Yes you have your own progress tracker where you can upload your measurements, weight, progress photos and view the progress you’re making weekly / monthly / yearly!
Of course not! As with any of the app features this is optional so only use the features you want to!
